All four documents were prepared from the platform’s actual data flows. The contracting entity is BOSmode LLC, and the default governing law is the State of Oregon, United States. Two facts cannot be derived from the code and remain marked in place, in red, wherever they appear. They must be supplied before these documents are relied on:

These documents deliberately state no retention period for landing-page lead records, no uptime or service-level commitment, and no security certification, because none of those is currently enforced or held. Each will be added only when it is true.
