1. Agreement
By creating a BOSmode account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including any sub-accounts, agents, or end clients you provision through the reseller workflow. Keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use BOSmode to place calls, send messages, or process data in violation of telecommunications law, consumer-protection law, or anti-spam regulation. You will respect do-not-call lists, time-zone calling-window rules, and required disclosures in every jurisdiction you operate in. Abuse, fraud, and circumvention of platform safeguards are grounds for immediate termination.
4. Fees
Subscription and usage charges are billed in advance and in arrears as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the workspace and any downstream client workspaces it operates.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSmode’s aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your order form. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the order form specifies arbitration.
