1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, workspace and billing details), product telemetry (sign-ins, feature usage, error reports), and the call, lead, and conversation data you process through BOScall, BOSmind, and BOShub. Voice calls placed through BOScall may be recorded and transcribed where permitted by applicable law.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate the platform, authenticate users, deliver the services you purchase, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer call content to train third-party foundation models.
3. Sharing
We share data with the subprocessors required to run the service — cloud hosting, telephony carriers, payment processors, transcription, and email delivery. Each subprocessor is bound by a written data-protection agreement. We disclose information to law enforcement only where required by valid legal process.
4. Retention and your rights
We retain account data for the life of the account plus a short legal-hold window, and call recordings for the period configured by the workspace owner. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
